Deviation Actions
General Stock Rules:
CREDIT ME (please, include a link to my account feainne-stock). If it is not possible (e.g. you want to pos your work on your website), I'll be happy if you just send me a note.
SEND ME A NOTE or LEAVE A COMMENT UNDER A STOCK THAT YOU USED (provide me a DIRECT link to the deviation in which my stock was used).
You can use it as a reference for a drawing/painting.
I do no longer give permission to use my stocks to create pre-made backgrounds.
No redistribution and uploading my stocks as such on any sites for profit.
Using my stocks off dA:
There is no need to notify me about the off-site usage (personal websites, shadowness, facebook, digart etc). As long as you credit me/note me (if giving a credit is not possible), that's fine!
Prints:
dA prints are allowed: I hereby grant all DeviantArtists permission to use my stock in any and all Deviant Prints without restriction.
'On-demand' personal prints of your artworks including my stocks are allowed as well.
Commercial use/projects:
If the product is for free, printed on demand or less than 100 copies shall be made, then there is no need to ask me for permission. You can also use it for your school projects etc.
If it is a bigger project/book cover/poster, contact me either via my main account: FenneArts (I reply quicker) or email: krzyzanowska.judyta@gmail.com (please, only serious inquiries!)
Please, when writing the email, try to include the following information:
What is the project about?
Who is the author/publisher/manufacturer?
Where will it be displayed/published/sold?
How much is the charge/fee?
How many copies will be made?
Will I be credited?
Could I receive a copy?
It will speed up the whole process.
